Cancellation Policy

48 Hour cancellation/late policy

My time is valuable, and so is yours. If you are late for an appointment, you will lose that time. If you do not show, you will still be charged in Full. In the case where you have a gift voucher, it will become void. Payment must be made, as it would have been for the time you have booked from me (on the day of your booking).

In turn, I promise to honour our appointment, and be on time for you as well.

New Clients/longer appointment times may require a $50 deposit, an email will be sent and your online booking request will be accepted upon payment. This deposit is non-refundable, however may be used to secure another appointment date ( outside of the 48 hour cancellation period only) .

You may change the time or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your booking using the online booking system or texting us on 0411130723
