I am so grateful you are here. I know how confusing it can be booking a facial or seeing a new facialist. So we want to make this as easy for you as possible. If you need any help, contact us and we will advise you on what will suit your needs.
We have a few options for new clients and of course for people just wanting to give a voucher. Some people need a full consultation and all the advice, some people just want the treatment, so we have all of these options available.
You can see either myself, Amy or Sarah. Amy and Sarah work alongside me with a combined 17 + years in the industry, to ensure we can continue to give you our beautiful treatments.
We come with wealth of knowledge, constantly updating our education. We are extremely passionate about nurturing each client holistically. We treat the skin in the Kinder life way, but bring our own unique energies and techniques to each treatment.
Our Touch.
NEW CLIENTS can choose from any of our 1 hour Facials without a consultation or we offer a full 90 minute new client option with a consultation and 1 hr treatment.
The 90 minute option includes an in depth skin analysis and consultation, with home care advice tailored to suit each clients individuals needs. For any one with severe skin conditions ( acne, pigmentation, sensitised skin) we recommend the 90 minute led awaken consultation first.
For anyone who is wanting to de-stress and working premature ageing/hydration and congestion, we suggest the 90 minute new client meditation glow ritual, from then then we move forward with a plan. Please know, we never push sales, but we do need to know more about you before we touch your skin, then educate you on what you would be using ( within your budget and preferences).
If you already feel you know enough about your skin and maybe just need to top up on a product, or just try something and somewhere new, the 1 hour facials, or one of our longer treatments for your body and skin are for you.
So, the choice is up to you. If you are having trouble finding a space, contact us, as not all 90 -120 minute spaces show up online.

Our combination facial, best for skin conditions like acne/eczema/dermatitis/ pigmentation as well as sensitised skin
This extreely popular facial includes a double Cleanse, A light microdermabrasion with BT Micro, honey tapping or enzymes ( for sensitive skin), lengthy lymphatic facial /scalp massage, Dermalux LED Light and a foot massage. We will with a moisturiser/serum/balm and sunscreen
This facial is results driven, yes, but feels like a luxurious, relaxing day spa experience because of all the massage, our dimly lit rooms and all the little touches than make our space a holistic skin haven.
Treatment time is 60 minutes in total, including time for raw treat and tea
Glow Meditation Facial Treatment

Our signature treatment for skin and soul, addressing concerns including dull, dehydrated, congested skin
One bespoke 1 hour organic facial with either a gentle BT microdermabrasion, honey tapping or enzymes for more sensitive skins. We will decide everything for you, so you just lie back and relax. This treatment is tailor made to your skin's needs on the day and is adapted to suit all skin types. Includes extra long massage of the face, scalp, shoulders, arms and hands and includes a guided meditation with the facialist so you can just drift off into that place of peace .

This service is for first time clients wantng to spend more time with us. This gives us time to get to know you, your skin, what you are needing from a treatment as well as your first 1 hour facial ritual.

A full personalised at home product treatment plan and plenty of time to ask any questions you may have about your skin.
Advice and recommendations for testing/naturopath/nutritionists to address your skin concern holistically
A plan, for treatments to start you on your skin journey (products extra), plus your first facial treatment . This will be either the 1 hr awaken Dermalux LED facial ritual , or the 1 hr glow meditation ritual which is is our signature ritual with a bespoke mask created for you. Raw treat + tea to finish
Treatment time is 30 minutes consultation and 60 minutes facial. 90 minutes in total, including time for raw treat and tea.

We invite both new and existing clients to a nourishing and restorative face and body experience, as always, it will be tailored to your needs on that day.
This 1.5 hour treatment includes

- Back Salt scrub with warm hot towels
- 1 hr facial ( double cleanse, exfoliation- microdermabrasion/enzymes/honey tapping, lengthy facial massage, Led Treatment, hydration and sunscreen )

We also have online consultations for those of you needling further help with your skin and navigating all of the products we have available. These are all online via zoom, and include 1 hr of my time ( 30 minutes face to face where we delve into everything I need to know about you and your skin, and an extra 30 minutes where I create a skin prescription and tailored printable PDF for you to follow along at home).
