This is the must have product for flare ups, use over hydration products to lock in moisture and to protect the skin. Use over night for an intensive hydratyion treatment, on the plane or before swimming to protect your skin. The best product to use for peri-oral dermatitis, use am and om until your skin barrier has strengthened. 

Eczema and other inflammatory skin conditions are tricky to manage and require a truly holistic approach. Lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, nutrition — anything that creates an inflammatory response internally all need to be addressed, while also considering the external environment and any other possible triggers. How to use sunrise + sunset / daily: Start by preparing your skin with your chosen cleanser and facial mist . Apply the Calm Balm over any areas of eczema, dry skin, or anywhere that needs extra nourishment and support (including the body). Calm Balm pairs beautifully with Calm Elixir, the anti-inflammatory skin shot and Anahata.
