Terms & Conditions

1. Duration & Scheduling:

All treatments included in this package must be completed within 9 months of purchase.

Treatments are ideally spaced every 2–3 weeks to achieve optimal results.

Pre-booking of all sessions is required at the time of purchase.

2. Booking & Practitioner Availability:

Appointments may be scheduled with Natalie or Sarah at the client’s discretion.

Natalie’s availability: Monday, late-night Tuesday, Wednesday, and every second Saturday.

Sarah’s availability: Late-night alternative Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and alternative Saturdays.

3. Rescheduling:

Each treatment may be rescheduled up to 2 times. Additional reschedules will result in forfeiture of that session.

4. Non-Transferable:

Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser.

5. Afterpay / Payment Plans:

Afterpay is available. All installment payments must be completed to maintain booking privileges.

6. Cancellation Policy:

Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.

7. Health & Safety:

Clients must disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or medical concerns before booking.

Treatments may be adjusted or declined at practitioner discretion for safety reasons.

8. Product Use:

At-home tools and products included in the package are for personal use only.

9. Limitation of Liability:

The practitioner is not responsible for any adverse reactions from at-home product use.
